Title: SAMOS: a versatile multi-object-spectrograph for the GLAO system SAM at SOAR
Link: https://www.spiedigitallibrary.org/conference-proceedings-of-spie/9908/99088V/SAMOS--a-versatile-mul
Description: The 4.1-m SOAR telescope can play a unique role for LSST followup studies through an ecient use of its laser-guided Adaptive Optics Module (SAM) that routinely delivers images with FWHM < 0.5" over a uniquelylarge 3'x3' elfid of view. To exploit this platform we have conceived SAMOS, a MEMS-based slit spectrograph capable of acquiring in a few seconds or multiple targets with extreme precision.
